Mayo College Girls’ School has recently been honoured as a Member of the World Leading Schools Association (WLSA). It is an international non-profit organisation that aims had bridging the gap between the East and the West international education. It attempts at blurring boundaries between nations through education. There are only 3 prmier schools from India which have the membership of this prestigious Association namely Welham Girls’ School. Dehradun, Emerald Heights International School, Indore and we are proud to share that Mayo College Girls’ School, Ajmer is the third school to be added in this league. Our association with WLSA will open avenues for exchange and integration programmes for students and educators alike with some of the best schools in the world. The membership will also give us access to world Conferences that the Association organises in order to initiate collaboration between various schools of the world. The Association offers programmes like semesters abroad, internships, cross cultural leadership programmes, student conferences to the students of the member schools. It also organises College Admission fairs for the students to orient them towards pursuing higher education. The Association has a few major opportunities for the educators and principals of its member schools too.
Mayo College Girls’ School will make the most of this privilege by exposing its students and teachers to global education, thus preparing them to be citizens of the world.
